Preheat oven at 450; when you put in the cake, lower it to 425.

Beat egg whites in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until frothy.

Put the mixer on low and begin to add the egg yolks, one by one, followed by the vanilla sugar, oil, milk, and baking powder; mix well.

In a round cake pan, greased and floured, pour in the mixture.
