Chantilly Cream
Ingredients
2/3 cup fresh whipping cream no substitutes
1 teaspoon brandy
1 teaspoon Grand Mariner
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 cup sugar or Equal don't try Sweet

Beat on medium speed with mixer until peaks form. Overbeating results in butter. Wonderful dip for fresh fruit.
