salad oil
1/2 teaspoon each
sugar

salt

zucchini
Sliced
sweet potatoes
Sliced white
potatoes
Cauliflower
florets
broccoli
florets
Pepper
slices
Sliced Bermuda

String beans

Preparation

Beat
together all ingredients - a few flour lumps should remain. Keep batter
cool
with one or two
ice
cubes in the batter. Dip vegetable in batter and
fry
in deep hot fat (360 to 365 degrees) until tender and
brown
