16 ounces Sour cream
1 pkt Hidden Valley Dry Mix
10 ounces Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 small Courgette

Preparation

Whirl all ingredients in blender. Serve with crackers, chips and raw vegetable for dipping.
