Quick Cabbage Bake

Ingredients

1 head cabbage, cut into 8 to 10 wedges (red or green)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon carraway seed

Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Oil a ceramic or glass baking dish, 8 or 9 inches square.

Clean and wedge head of cabbage. Arrange in dish.

Spray or drizzle with olive oil, and apply carraway seeds (or more or less to taste.)

Place in oven, bake for 20 minutes, or until cabbage begins to brown on edges.

Remove from oven, and sprinkle balsamic vinegar over cabbage wedges.

Serve with roasted vegetables, stews, or roast meats as a side dish.
