1 cup Nonfat dry
milk
1 1/2 cups

Preparation

Combine the

ingredients in a bowl. Sift to assure even distribution of ingredients. Using a pastry
blender

in shortening until

is the consistency of cornmeal.
Store
in an airtight container, in a
cool
place for up to several months.
