Guava Summer Cooler...

Ingredients

2 OVER RIPE GUAVA,
1/2 cup SUGAR,
2 cups WATER,
1/2 LEMON SQUEEZED,
A PIECE GINGER GRATED,
1 tablespoon CHAAT MASALA,
A PIECE BEETROOT,
SALT TO TASTE

Preparation

PEEL THE GUAVAS AND CUT INTO

PIECES. GRATE THE GINGER. CUT BEET ROOT

INTO PIECES. TAKE A PAN ADD WATER, SUGAR,

GUAVA PIECES, BEEETROOT PIECES. PUT TO BOIL,

BOIL UNTIL GUAVA GETS TENDER. NOW ADD SALT,

GINGER JUICE, LEMON JUICE AND CHAAT MASALA.

ALLOW TO COOL, THEN GRIND IN A MIXER JAR.

SERVE THE GUAVA MOCKTAIL:

TAKE 5-6 TBSP GUAVA SQUASH, ADD CRUSHED ICE AND POUR LEMON FLAVOR SOFT DRINK. SPRINKLE SOME CHAAT MASALA AND A GARNISH OF GUAVA WEDGE.
