Ingredients
Rawa or
suji
2 cups
sugar
4 cups
Kesari colour
1/8 teaspoon
water
4 cups
Pineapple slices
4 (round)
Cardamom powder
1/6 teaspoon
Edible camphor
A small pinch
Cashew
nuts
8 (broken)
Raisins
15 20
Ghee
3 tbsminimum
Preparation
1
Roast
the rawa with one or two tablespoons of ghee.

Boil four cups of water with kesari colour.

Once the rawa is
roasted
add the coloured water and cook the rawa.

After the rawa gets cooked add the sugar.

Let the sugar
melt
and boil till it becomes thick.add the
cut
pineapple pieces,edible camphor(pacha karpooram),cardamom powder.

Roast
the broken cashew nuts and raisins in ghee and add it to the kesari.
