1 pound chicken breast fillets trimmed of fat, cut into 2 cm (1") cubes
1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary leaves
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
2 teaspoons olive oil
