  • 2 tablespoon palm sugar or evaporated cane juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon egg
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds(optional)
  • 2-3 tablespoons hot water(optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Add wet ingredients and blend well, making sure no lumps are present.

Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on a hot, lightly greased griddle or skillet.
