Ingredients
2 beets
2 long cucumbers
Pinch dill
1 Green Onion
500 milliliters Natural Yoghurt (or Kefir if you can get it)
Large Pinch Salt
Preparation

Blend all ingredients (remove the cucumber skin)

Refrigerate for an hour and then chop hard boiled egg on top, add a pinch of dill and a dollop of sour cream.

Khaladnik is a a cold Beetroot based soup or Bhorst from Belarus. It is deliciously refreshing and served alongside a hot boiled potato. Great as a starter.
