Sweet Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

284 milliliters Tub of Buttermilk
350 grams Castor sugar
8 1/2 ounces Self Raising Flour
Pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon Butter

Preparation

Mix Eggs and Buttermilk

Sift Flour with Salt and Sugar

Mix dry and wet ingredients together

Heat Butter in a Frying Pan

Drop large spoonfuls of mixture into hot pan

When bubbles appear, flip over for a further 2 minutes

Serve immediately with topping of choice
