Seafood & French Beans With Xo Sauce

Ingredients
200 grams french beans (about ½ pound)
200 grams large shrimp (about ½ pound)
150 grams fresh scallops (about ⅓ pound)
2 tablespoons Shaoxing Huatiao wine

Heat up a saucepan till very hot. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of XO sauce, with the oil in it and all.

Add 2 tablespoons of Shaoxing Huatiao wine and continue to stir fry.

When the beans are 70% cooked, add the shrimp.

And then add the scallops.

Toss well together in the saucepan. And then cover and let it simmer for 30 seconds.

I love XO Sauce and this is one of my favourite dishes prepared with it. It takes only 10 minutes tops to prepare it.
