Claretta’s Apple Tart

Ingredients
4 apples (Rome, Gala or any apple good for cooking)
2 eggs
200 grams flour
150 grams sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon rum or liqueur to taste
1 Grated rind of lemon
A pinch of salt
baking powder
Milk as needed
Little butter
Preparation

Turn oven to 180 °

In a bowl beat eggs with sugar, add oil, flour, lemon peel, liqueur,

Salt baking powder and enough milk to make fluid 'dough

Butter and flour a baking pan.

Meanwhile you have peeled and sliced apples ,lay them into the dough, put on some butter and sprinkling whit sugar.

Bake for 1 hour, or until inserting a toothpick comes out dry.
