How to make Corn Porridge

Ingredients

Corn: Boiled 1 cup, (mashed/coarsely ground)
Kissan Tomato Sauce: 1.5 tbsp.
Mustard seeds: 1 tsp.
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp.
Coconut: 2 tbsp, grated.
Green chilli: 1 tsp, chopped
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves: 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil: 1 tsp

Preparation

Heat oil.

Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli & curry leaves and sauté.

Add tomato sauce, red chilli powder & turmeric powder & mix well.

Add corn & cook for 2 minutes - mix well.

Add water & cook for 2 more minutes.

Add fresh coconut & lemon juice.

Adjust seasoning & serve hot.
