Mississippi Catfish Fillets

Ingredients

4 Catfish Fillets
2 Cups Yellow mustard
As Needed Lemon pepper
As Needed Salt
Enough to dreging Yellow Cornmeal

Preparation

Paint fillets with plenty of yellow mustard.

Sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt to taste. Roll in yellow cornmeal. Fry in preheated deep fat.

Serve hot with hush puppies, fries and cole slaw.
