Mooli Ka Paratha

Ingredients

2 kilograms Grated Mooli (Kadoo Kash Mooli)
4 kilograms Wheat Flour
1 cup Besan
2 teaspoons Coriander seed crushed spoon
1 teaspoon Cumin seed whole
3 teaspoons Red Chilli cutter
1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Oil/Butter for each paratha

Preparation

Mix all ingredient together, and make a dough . No need to add water.

Make dough nuts 8-10.

Make round chapati then bake/fry on tawa (Iron skillet) while applying oil/butter on medium flame.

Remove from tawa when cooked.
