Chop and sautee' tomatoes, zucchini, onions until reduced and cooked through. then add some riccota.

Take the pasta sheets and devide, take one and add some mixture and the roll it up into a cylinder shape.

Do the same with the rest of them and place them seem down in a large dish.

Add the pasta sauce over the top.

Then bake in the over for 30 minutes on 180◦c.

Then serve

About

Made a Scrumptious Italian Cannelloni tonight for dinner. I used fresh pasta sheets, zucchini, tomatoes, Riccota, Parmesan and Pasta Sauce.
