Fesenjoon ( Irani Dish)

Ingredients
1 kilogram Boneless Chicken cubes
4 glass Pomegranate juice (fresh)
Or
2 cups Pomegranate concentrate (if fresh not available)
Or
100 grams Pomegranate seed dried (Anardana) (if fresh or concentrate not available)
3 teaspoons Sugar
4 Onion medium size chopped
1/2 cup Oil
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
10 Saffron threads

Now add chicken, cook for 5 minutes on mediumflame then add pomegrantae juice/concentrate/anardana filtrate, sugar and spices.

Fesenjon is ready.

Serve with white rice/fried rice

Note: When using anardana filtrate add a pinch of Red food colour.
