Penne Pasta With Scallops, Kalamata Olives, and Spinach

Ingredients

400 grams bay scallops
4 green onions, sliced thinly
10 kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
2 large handfuls spinach, chopped
freshly cracked pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Preparation

In a saucepan, add scallops, wine, onions, olives, spinach, and garlic. Simmer till scallops are opaque. Add tomato sauce, pepper and basil. Simmer another couple minutes and then spoon over penne noodles.
