Ingredients
2 smalls boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding
cup Peanuts, crushed
cup Milk
1 stk Butter
teaspoon Vanilla
1 gal Vanilla Ice Cream
1 tub Cool Whip

Melt stick of butter. In a blender, crush Ritz Crackers to a small crumb consistency. Add Melted Butter and Stir. Mix Nuts into Mixture. This makes a pie-like crust. Spoon and Smooth 3/4 of this mixture on bottom of a cake pan. In a separate bowl, mix pudding mix, milk and vanilla. Add softened (not frozen, not syrupy) ice cream into pudding mixture.
