French Wok Salad
Ingredients
3 heads of Romain Lettuce
1 medium size clove fresh garlic, finely minced
4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
2 healthy pinches course salt
1 healthy pinch cracked black pepper
3/4 parm cheese, grated
1 cup plain croutons
Preparation

Clean, dry and shred romain lettuce into bite-size pieces into a large salad bowl.

Sprinkle minced garlic over the lettuce and toss lightly (don't over work the lettuce, less is more).

Drizzle the virgin oil over the lettuce and toss lightly once again.

Add salt and pepper and toss for the third time.

Heat a Wok on a BBQ grill or stove top to a medium/high heat

Empty the salad mixture into the Wok and toss it for approximately 45 to 50 seconds and empty it from the Wok back into the salad bowl.

Sprinkle Parm cheese over the salad or onto each serving and serve.
