Spicy Tomato Kale

Ingredients

Kale diced stem removed
14 1/2 ounces can Delmonte diced tomatoes with zesty jalapenos
1 large Vadella Onion diced
1/4 teaspoon cumin
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Saute Olive Oil with onion kale jalepeno pepper add can of tomatoes

cumn salt and pepper and hot sauce

Cook for 20 minutes poor over rice

My family is not crazy for Kale matter of fact they don't like it. My husband uses it as a garnish when we entertain. When I started making this dish my family asked for seconds . How great is that!!
Kale is very healthy for you.
