Keto Bacon Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb (225 g) green beans
6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped into bits
3 Tablespoons (45 ml) of avocado oil, to cook in
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) gluten-free tamari sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Parboil the green beans in a pot of boiling water. Boil for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

If the bacon isn’t cooked, chop it up and cook in a skillet with avocado oil.

Add the drained parboiled green beans to the skillet with the bacon and oil and cook until the green beans crisp up slightly.

Add tamari sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
