Vietnamese Smoothies

Ingredients

lrg ripe mango OR
ripe avocado OR
small ripe papaya
2 cups ice
1 tablespoon sugar or to taste

Preparation

Peel and pit mango; cut into chunks. Pulse ingredients in blender or food processor until ice is pureed. Add sugar to taste.
