Beef Spring Rolls

Ingredients

500g Minced Beef.
1/2 Cup Sliced Spring Onions.
1 Cup Thinly Sliced Cabbage.
Rice Paper.
200g Corn Kernels.
1 tbs Sesame Oil.
2 tbs Soy Sauce.
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger.
1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper.
1 tbs Sesame Seeds.
Small Bowl of Water.

Preparation

In a frying pan on medium heat brown mince in sesame oil.

Add soy sauce and stir through.

Add cabbage and stir until cooked.

Add spring onions and stir until cooked.

Stir through corn kernels.

Add ginger, lemon pepper, and sesame seeds and stir through. Cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Place rice paper sheet shiny side down.

Place approx 1 full table spoon of mixture onto rice paper.

Fold both sides over.

Roll rice paper until you have 1cm left at the bottom. Wet the bottom and fold.

Heat oil. Cook spring rolls until golden. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce (I use soy sauce).

Beef spring rolls are a delicious snack. Made with a lovely blend of spices and minced beef, wrapped in rice paper and cooked until golden brown.
