Flour a large area liberally and turn the dough onto the floured surface. Knead 2 to 4 more cups into the dough, making sure to knead well. Grease 2 very large mixing bowls and turn the dough into them. Turn dough over to insure both sides are greased. Cover and let rise in a warm (80-85 ) area for approximately 1 hour; punch down and allow to rise again.

Make buns and let rise for 1 to 1 1 hours.

Preheat oven to 400 .
