Chicken Thighs With Lemon Artichoke Sauce

Ingredients
4
chicken thighs
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
of
pepper
1 tablespoon
olive oil
4
crushed
garlic cloves
1 teaspoon
oregano
2 cups
chicken broth
1
lemon,
juiced
1 can
(14 ounce) of
artichokes,
drained and
chopped
Preparation

Heat
oven to 375.

Sprinkle thighs with
salt
and pepper and
bake
for 35 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook garlic in olive oil for a bout 30 seconds or so

And add in the oregano, chicken broth and lemon
juice
.

Bring to a
boil
and
simmer
for 15 - 25 minutes (until
reduced
to about 3/4 cup.)

Add
chopped
artichokes and
spoon
over chicken.
