Salmon Fish Cakes

Ingredients

1 cup pink salmon
3 med.-sized potatoes, boiled
mashed
1 egg
Chopped onion
Salt
pepper

Preparation

Mix above, form cakes, dip in bread crumbs. Brown in pan with corn oil to prevent sticking.
