Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Carrots
Ingredients
2 lrg Sweet potatoes peeled, cubed
          4 lrg Carrots peeled, sliced
          2 Garlic cloves peeled
          1/4 cup Whipping cream
          2 tablespoons Butter
          Salt to taste
          Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
      Preparation

Cook potatoes, carrots and garlic in large pot of boiling salted water until very tender. Drain; return to same pot.

Add cream and butter and use a potato masher to mash until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
