Flan Pudding
Ingredients
1 pkt Marie biscuits
1 tablespoon Powdered sugar, (15 g.)
30 grams Desiccated coconut
3 tablespoons Butter, (45 g.)
1 pkt Pineapple flavoured jelly, (or any flavour of your choice)
200 ml Condensed milk
Preparation

GREASE a shallow loose bottomed flan or cake tin. Crush the biscuits, add sugar and desiccated coconut and bind together with melted butter. Line the flan tin with the mixture. Press firmly into place. Chill for two hours.

NOTES : Coconut flavoured biscuit case filled with a blend of fruits and condensed milk
