1 cup oatmeal, instant
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons buttermilk, dried
1/2 cup Flat Guiness stout room temperature
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon water
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
