Ingredients
1/4 cup Melted
butter
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
Dash of
pepper
Preparation

Saute seafood in butter. DO NOT OVERCOOK. For example, shrimp are done when they change
color
to pink, about 2 to 4 minutes. Remove the seafood.

Brown
the butter, add lemon
juice
and
seasonings
to it; pour over seafood.
