Peanut Butter Apple Cake

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup chunky applesauce
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation

Pour in greased and floured 8" square pan and bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
