Grilled Shishamo With Wasabi And Soy Sauce
Ingredients
1 packet frozen shishamo
Wasabi - as needed
Japanese soy sauce - as needed
Lemon wedges - as needed
Cucumber strips
Preparation

Rinse fish and pat dry.

Grill over a non-stick pan or portable grill till both slides for a crispy outer layer.

Remove and serve with wasabi with soy sauce, cucumber strips and lemon wedges.
