About
I was recently at a party in Seattle and someone brought "Chick-fi-lay" style chicken to a party with barbeque dipping sauce. Apparently, Chick-Fi-Lay is an East coast or Midwest chain of fried chicken. I had never tried it before- so here is a picture! I have one example of the recipe the person used to make it, but I'm sure other people have variations of this same style of fried chicken.
