Heirloom Tomato Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
Tomato
Fresh mozzarella
Fresh basil
Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt& pepper
Preparation

Slice tomato into rounds, arrange on serving plates.

Thinly slice mozzarella and distribute evenly over tomatoes.

Finely chop basil leaves and distribute evenly over tomatoes.

Lightly drizzle balsamic vinegar & olive oil over each plate. (Note: you can always add more, but it is hard to remove excess...)

Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste

Serve & enjoy!
