450 grams flour 00 Molino Spadoni
45 grams sugar cane
2 eggs
1 teaspoon teaspoon and ½ baking powder for cakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
almonds Noberasco
Strawberry jam and strawberries Bonne Maman

How to proceed

Preheat oven to 230°C.

Beat 1 egg with milk.

Inverse the dough on a floured surface and roll it out to a thickness of about 2.5 cm.

Use a cutter to get the molds (I used a Decora heart shape).

Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle with ground almonds and sugar cane.

Bake in oven halfway up for about 10 minutes or until they are golden.
