Crisp Onions

Ingredients

2 tablespoons EX virgin olive oil
Thinly sliced
Salt & freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Heat skillet on medium heat. Add oil and onions, season with salt & pepper and saute for 3 minutes or until onions are beginning to turn golden. Reduce heat and cook another 5 minutes or until onion are golden brown and slightly crisp.
