Preparation

Melt
the butter, sugar and chocolate in a large saucepan, allow to
cool
and add the almonds and then
whisk
in the eggs one by one.

Pour into a prepared bakewell tray and cook for 20-25 mins at 160 C

Test the cake at 20mins should be soft to the touch but with a crust on the t
op.

Leave to
cool
completely before
cutting
into triangles.
