Cut block in half

Then cut each block into 2 triangles

You should now have 4 thick triangles

Slice these into 3 each or 4 each

So you will now have12 or 16 triangles

On a think napkin or tea towel place them and using another tea towel press gentle on them so some water drain out

In a dry teflon pan place the triangles a few at a time on the pan

They are no completely dehydrated and ready to be marinated for 30 mins in the sauce of your choosing :)
