Lemon Dill Rice

Ingredients

2 cups Stock, chicken
1 cup Rice, uncooked
1 1/4 teaspoons Lemon peel, grated
1 teaspoon Dill weed
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Bring stock to boil. Combine all ingredients in 1-1/2 qt baking dish. Stir well. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Fluff and serve. Delicious with fish or pork.
