Easy Green Chile Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can diced green chilies
1 tablespoon butter
Salsa and sour cream for garnish
Preparation

Lightly butter one side of each tortilla.

In a large skillet over medium-high, place one tortilla butter side down.

Sprinkle chopped green chilies and cheese over the tortilla and place the remaining tortilla on top, butter side up.

Toast until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and cheese has begun to melt, then carefully flip to toast the other side.

Slice into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
