Quick Vegetable Quiche

3 eggs
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups half & half
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup diced ham (optional)

About
Bisquick is the secret ingredient to get this quiche baked in time for a weeknight dinner. I make two at a time so that I can take some for lunches. Kids love this and it's a great way to get them to eat their veggies!
