You will need:

250 grams sugar
190 tablespoons g self-raising flour (2 C less 4)
4 tablespoons (60 ml) water

Make the butterscotch insert & stick it in the freezer.

Make the bitter chocolate ganache-y buttercream.

Make the pistachio cream.

Piece it all together.
