Shrimp Monterey

Ingredients
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 pounds Medium Shrimp, uncooked, peeled & deveined
cup White Wine or Chicken Broth
2 cups (8 oz.) Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
2 teaspoons Fresh Parsley, minced
Preparation

In a skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in butter for 1 min. Add shrimp; cook 4-5 min. or until pink. Using a slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to a greased 11" x 7" x 2" baking dish; set aside and keep warm. Add wine or broth to the skillet; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 5 min. or until sauce is reduced. Pour over shrimp; top with cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Make 6 servi
