Til Bhugga Pinni Or Til Ke Laddoo

Ingredients

1/2 cup Grounded Nuts, raisins:
1/2 cup Khoa: (easily available at indian grocery stores, else use milk powder)
1 teaspoon Cardamom powder:

Preparation

Dry roast the white sesame seeds on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

Let it cool down and grind to make a coarse powder. If you are trying a small quantity, it can be easily crushed by hand in a mortar.

Lightly warm up the khoa for just 2 minutes (or add milk powder) , add cardamom powder, grounded almonds, a handful of golden raisins.

Add crushed sesame seeds and condensed milk to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients well and make small balls by gently rolling this dough in your hands.

Decorate with few roasted sesame seeds, raisins and share !!!!!
