Ingredients
1 bunch
Mint
leaves
1 bunch
Coriander
leaves
1 whole
Green chillies,
deseeded
2 cups
Yoghurt
to taste
Salt
to taste
Sugar
Preparation

Blend
the mint, coriander and chilli into a paste.

Whisk
the yogurt with sugar and
salt.

Mix
all the ingredients together.

Refrigerate
for 20 minutes after
blending
to allow the ingredients to
infuse
well with the yogurt.
Serve
cold with rice or chapatis and a curry.
