Light and Easy Alfredo
Ingredients
2 cups of cooked pasta
3 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped parseley
1 chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation

In a hot pan, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic for 15 seconds

Then add the pasta that is cooked, then the butter, parmesan cheese and parsley

Cook till the butter, cheese and garlic flavors blend in well together for about 10 minutes

Serve it hot with some fresh mint leaves and parmesan cheese on the side for extra cheesiness.
