Mashed Potatoes and Pears

Ingredients

3 cups leftover mashed potato
1 very ripe pear, peeled, cored, and, chopped
1 teaspoon sprg fresh thyme, or rosemary, (or ½ dried)
1 splash white wine or 1 splash apple, juice

Preparation

Reheat the mashed potatoes in the microwave or over low heat in a saucepan. Place the pear, thyme and wine in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Stir the mixture into the warmed potatoes and serve.
